Robert C. Andrews
Secretary
Robert C. Andrews is an accomplished Wall Street veteran with more than 20 years experience in trading and sales. Presently retired, Andrews served as executive director of Equity Sales and Trading at Morgan Stanley, where he managed the portfolios of institutional clients. He also provided strategic guidance in order to improve efficiency and enhance revenues. Andrews, an active supporter of 21CF co-founded Wall Street Friends Fund at 21CF.

Judith Browne-Dianis
Judith Browne-Dianis has an extensive background in civil rights litigation, which includes fighting to protect the rights of displaced Hurricane Katrina survivors. She was instrumental in securing a victory in Kirk v. City of New Orleans, which barred the city from bulldozing homes without first giving home owners opportunity to challenge the demolition. Through litigation, public speaking, and field work, Browne-Dianis staunchly advocates justice and equity for displaced New Orleans residents. She also served as co-counsel in NAACP v. Katherine Harris, et al., representing the Florida State Conference of the NAACP and black Floridians in a lawsuit to remedy voting rights violations related to the November 7, 2000 election. A graduate of Columbia University School of Law and a recipient of the distinguished Skadden Fellowship, Browne-Dianis began her civil rights career at the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc. (LDF), practicing law in the areas of housing, education, employment, and voting rights. In its 30th Anniversary issue in 2000, Essence magazine named Browne-Dianis one of “30 Women to Watch” and, in the same issue, featured her in an article defining the Black agenda for the millennium.

Jean Jeremie
Treasurer
Jean Jeremie is a seasoned administrator and financial officer with a solid track record of managing the finances of non-profit organizations. As chief financial officer for the Fresh Air Fund, he is responsible for the financial management of this premier non-profit social service camping organization with $120 million net assets and operating and capital budgets of $15 million and $10 million, respectively. His areas of responsibility include oversight of the facilities, budgeting, accounting, human resources and payroll, pension,and endowment investments. He also provides risk management and facilitates litigation support to program operations. Jeremie manages planned giving and estate gifts administration and is a trustee of agency pension plans and endowment investments valued at approximately $100 million, which is double the value at inception of tenure.

Darryl Smith
Darryl Smith is a founding partner of Fidelis Capital Partners LLC, a Dallas-based buyout firm focused on small to mid-cap companies. He has extensive experience in operations and strategic turnarounds starting his career at Accenture, Inc. before joining Platinum Equity, the 22nd largest private equity firm in the US according to Forbes Magazine.  As vice president of Platinum Equity, Smith performed financial due diligence and formulated strategy for more than 20 businesses ranging in size from $10 million to $1 billion in annual revenues.  He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the Wharton School.

Darrell Williams
Darrell Williams, who has extensive experience in antitrust litigation consulting, is a director at LECG, LLC. He has served as a financial economist at the Securities and Exchange Commission and is a former staff economist with the President’s Council of Economic Advisors, where he analyzed microeconomic issues, including industrial organization and regulation. Williams has also taught at the Economics Institute for Federal Judges, served as vice-chair of the Economics Committee of the American Bar Association Antitrust Section, and acted as a consultant to the Federal Trade Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission. He's currently a faculty member of the UCLA Department of Economics, where he teaches courses on antitrust, securities markets, and regulation.

Alfonso Wyatt
Chairman
Alfonso Wyatt, vice president of the Fund for the City of New York, joined the Fund for the City of New York to continue more than 30 years of service to youth, youth serving agencies, families and the broader community. Established by the Ford Foundation in 1968, the Fund for the City of New York is an independent private operating foundation that provides strategic organizational support to government and nonprofit agencies through its core programs. Prior to joining the Fund, Wyatt worked as a high school teacher, advocate, counselor and administrator. He has developed innovative initiatives that respond to institutional settings, public schools, employment/training programs, faith-based projects, and the needs of young people in foster care. Wyatt, an ordained minister serving on the staff of the Greater Allen A.M.E. Cathedral of New York, attended Howard University, Columbia's Teacher's College, the Ackerman Institute for Family Therapy, Columbia Institute for Non Profit Management, and New York Theological Seminary. He has received numerous awards and accolades for his work as a youth developer, community-builder, national leader, role model and mentor to youth, young adults and professionals. He is an advisor to government, foundations, religious institutions, universities, youth-serving organizations and non-profits in New York and around the nation. In addition to 21CF, he serves as chairman of the New York Black Leadership Commission on AIDS; and the ACS Commissioner’s Faith Based Advisory Council.
